Founder and CEO
Andree' Long is an army veteran wife of 24 years, and a mother of 2 children. She is a co-founder and Executive Pastor of STRIVE, a Family Resource Center for the military & faith-based community. She is also the founder and CEO of Women Have a Purpose OTM Inc. This is a women's leadership development ministry that Andree developed in 2004 but formally launched in 2021. She is a certified coach and marriage facilitator. She is involved as a co-lead with the Veterans Spouse Network based out of the University of Texas at Austin, a co-lead of the Girl Scouts of America, is an officer of the El Paso Family Advocacy Council. Andree volunteers for the Military Veteran Peer Network, and for her local church Rock Faith Center. She is also a member of the National Parent Cafe Leadership team of Be Strong Families. In her free time, she likes to pursue music and graphic design; she enjoys being a mentor for youth and young adults.
