Dwayne Dixon, a Newark, New Jersey native, serves as the Associate Director of Youth and Community Development at the All Stars Project of Chicago. He's a graduate of All Stars youth programs in NJ and joined the full-time staff in 2011 to become one of the caring adults that helped shape his life, for other young people. Dwayne has recently relocated to Chicago to continue building bridges between poor and underserved communities with mainstream America.
