Greishen joined Be Strong Families in 2017 as the Child Welfare Program Assistant, where she quickly established herself as a valuable asset through her hard work and commitment to excellence. Recognizing her exceptional abilities, she was promoted to her current position as Program Manager. In this role, Greishen demonstrates the values of preparation, hard work, and flexibility, ensuring that Be Strong Families delivers high-quality programs and training.
As a team player, Greishen actively collaborates with her colleagues and prepares efficiently for events and workshops. Her dedication to inquiry-based learning allows her to foster engaging and interactive experiences for participants, creating an environment where knowledge and growth flourish.
