BLACKWATER UNITED METHODIST CHURCH PUMPKIN PATCH

Blackwater United Methodist Church’s Pumpkin Patch has been a yearly tradition for over 30 years, when a handshake between a farmer and a minister sealed the deal. With some of the biggest pumpkins you’ll find in Baton Rouge, the proceeds for this seasonal event go towards helping the church and the community.

 

CORN MAZE AT BURDEN

Have you ever wanted to experience what 19th-century Louisiana was like during harvest? At LSU Rural Life Museum’s Harvest Days held on Oct. 7 and 8, you can do just that! Watch as artisans perform live demonstrations of trade work and activities of the period, such as open-hearth cooking, basket weaving, candle making, wagon rides and more.

Jefferson United Methodist Church’s Pumpkin Patch is a fan favorite every year!
