Do you need print and/or digital visitor material for your attendees during your meeting, conference, convention, or sporting event? Visit Baton Rouge has the following resource options that you can take advantage of. View the options below, and once you decide which option works best for your group, scroll down, and click either the “Request a Welcome Box” box or “Request Experience Materials" box to complete the form. Please note that once a form is successfully submitted, you will be redirected to a Thank You page. Our Destination Experience Manager, Anna Gasperecz, will follow up with you directly with your pick-up date.

OPTION 1 - WELCOME EXPERIENCE BOX

Looking to get away from stuffing attendee bags? With sustainability in mind, Visit Baton Rouge has created a Welcome Experience Box. This will allow you to do a fun table set-up at your event or place items at your registration area. Your attendees will have access to both print and digital resources from Visit Baton Rouge.
