Announcing the 2022 Ebb & Flow Festival! 

Baton Rouge, LA. – On April 9th and 10th 2022, the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge will host the 6th annual Ebb & Flow Festival! This free, public festival will be held in the Downtown Baton Rouge area and showcases the City’s diverse cultural spirit. The general public, tourists, and visitors will have free access to a diverse array of activities for all ages that span arts and culture, film, literature, physical health, water studies and ecology, and will be able to sample what is offered throughout the city and region year-round. 
 

Applications are now open for artists and organizations to participate in this year's festival and share their unique talents with the community. The Arts Council is seeking vendors to participate in the Arts Market at the Ebb & Flow Festival as well as artists and community organizations to perform, demonstrate, or host an interactive booth. Space is limited for booths, and interested vendors and organizations are encouraged to apply by the March 18th deadline.

The festival includes a full schedule of events featuring the Art Flow statewide juried art exhibition, an arts market, performances by community arts groups, free interactive art experiences, and more. This year’s festival is sponsored by the City-Parish of Baton Rouge, Visit Baton Rouge, Hancock Whitney, and features programming sponsored by the Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities and local businesses.
